Welcome everyone, to another episode of the Awakened Living podcast. I’m your host, Robbie J. Bone, and in today’s episode, we have a guided karma clearing process. So if you haven’t already, please listen to the last episode where we go in detail about what is karma. And there’s some really great nuggets of wisdom in there. And it also helps to set the stage so you can go into this karmic clearing process with greater clarity, understanding, and illumination. Because part of clearing energy, part of healing, is actually education and freeing ourselves from the ignorance that’s holding us back so that last episode will help in this regard. That being said, you can also simply listen to this clearing if you prefer, because it is a standalone.

Hello everyone, and welcome to this karmic clearing process. This process is deep and profound. My intention for you is to support you in your path of liberation, in the clearing of past karmas that no longer serve, and to support you on the beautiful path ahead of freedom, love, joy, peace, equanimity. So it’s important to take this process seriously and also always with a light heart. That said, please commit to finishing this meditation. Once you begin is inauspicious to stop partway through. It shouldn’t take long, so find a quiet space. You may wish to have a piece of paper or not. You can also just be present and you’ll see as we go through. So before we begin, the main thing to be aware of is when we’re talking about karma.
It can be past mistakes or current ways of being that don’t serve that are creating negativity and limitations in your life. When we talk about karma, it can be any emotional problem, mental problem, physical problem, spiritual problem. It can be something that’s happened to you, a trauma. It can be limiting beliefs. It can really be anything that’s limiting the full expression and embodiment of your soul and your highest potential and love in your life. When we say karma, that’s what we mean here. So any traumas, limiting beliefs, problems, physical issues, it can also be mistakes. You’ve made ways that you may have hurt yourself or others or ways that you’re currently hurting yourself and others. So you get to choose. So now we’re going to begin. Please choose one karma that you know needs to be cleared.
Something you have done or are currently doing, please state it out loud or write it down as a sentence. If you need, please pause the recording. So through this process, I’m going to be asking you a series of questions. Some questions are yes or no. Some questions require you to feel and experience something. When I say feel or experience or.
Allow, I encourage you to fully embrace.
Will be uncomfortable at times and that’s part of the clearing process to be with the discomfort. So through this process, allow feelings, sensations, thoughts, memories and mental images to arise. That’s important. Be very present and take a few moments now to connect with witness consciousness. Connect with the part of yourself that is beyond all the stories, that is beyond all the drama, that is beyond all the karma. One helpful way is to connect with it as if it’s the lens of a camera, simply taking in your world. So we’re going to begin. If you need more time to connect with that witness, please pause the recording now and I will begin asking you these questions. So now that you have your karma that you’re going to clear, what do you no longer want to experience about this karma?
What would you rather be experiencing instead? In this now moment, could you fully embrace this karma and everything about it? Could you stop trying to resist, control or push it away? And instead, could you simply embrace any and all sensations, thoughts, feelings, emotions, mental images, memories and identities related to it? Could you allow yourself to fully experience all of this right now? So please experience it to the best of your ability? What does it feel like? What arises? Allow yourself to feel any resistance, fear, judgment, discomfort, Witness it. Taking a deep breath, are you willing to the best of your ability in this now moment to take 100% self responsibility for this karma? Could you embrace the parts of yourself and your identity that are not willing to take 100% responsibility for this karma? And could you allow them to be felt and experienced?
Experience them now. Allow any thoughts, feelings, sensations, memories to surface. And rather than pushing them away or being pushed away by them, are you able to send love instead? Are you able to send more love? And what does it feel like to love all of these parts of yourself? Are you willing to embrace and allow any and all resistance to this love and process now? Allowing yourself to embrace it? Taking a deep breath and sighing, Are you willing to acknowledge that on some level, conscious and subconsciously you chose this action and karma. Could you embrace the parts of yourself and your identity that are not willing to own that they chose this karma or action? And could you allow them to be felt and experienced? And rather than pushing them away or being pushed away by them, are you able to send love instead?
Are you able to send more love? What does it feel like to love these parts of yourself? And are you willing to embrace and allow any and all resistance to this love and process right now, embracing and allowing this resistance to just be loving yourself, being with yourself, taking a deep breath now, sighing on the exhale, letting it go. Are you willing to acknowledge that true conscious choice is a result of consciousness itself and therefore you also did not fully choose this? So I’ll say that again. Are you willing to acknowledge that true conscious choice is a result of consciousness itself, that it is a result of your soul and therefore you also did not fully choose this? That only your soul and higher self can fully choose something and that it would never choose to create harm in the world?
Are you willing to acknowledge that truth? And could you admit that on some level you actually have been powerless to this karma? Could you welcome the parts of yourself and your identity that feel like a victim to this karma? And could you welcome those parts a little bit more? Are you willing to embrace any and all fear, resistance or control these parts may have to this process? Could you welcome the parts of yourself and your identity that judge this victim? The parts that are critical of it? Could you welcome the parts of yourself that want to feed the story of this victim? The parts that want to baby this inner victim? And are you willing to let go of all of this and send love instead? So send love. Breathing deeply, sending love.
And are you willing to let go of the belief and idea of powerlessness and send love instead? Taking a deep breath, letting it go and sending love? Are you willing to let go of criticism, judgment and self blame and send love instead? Taking a deep breath, letting it go and sending love? Are you willing to release the need to feed this story and to try to save the victim within yourself and send love instead? Taking a deep breath, letting it go and sending love? And could you welcome and send more love to yourself regardless of what you have done in the past? Would you allow yourself total forgiveness? Could you welcome this present moment fully, this moment where you are creating good karma, this moment where you are loving and empowered, so welcoming that embracing it? And are you able to own and.
See that all this karma is actually.
In the past and does not exist right now, unless you choose to hold on to it and could you state this karma again, please state it out loud or write it as a sentence. Pausing if you need more time, could you state this karma again, please state it out loud or write it as a sentence. So if you haven’t already, please pause if you’re ready, continue on. Will you allow yourself to take 100% responsibility for this karma? Will you allow yourself to admit and own that on some level you have chosen this karma? And are you willing to let go of this old choice, to fully release it, to discreate and destroy this old choice and this old karma? And will you allow yourself to 100% let it go and be free right here, right now?
Taking a deep breath, can you acknowledge and welcome any parts of yourself that resist letting go? Feeling those parts, feeling any resistance, feeling any fear? And could you send them love instead? Sending love, could you welcome a new choice, A healthier and more loving choice? Can you welcome any parts that are afraid or resisting this idea of a new choice? And could you send those parts love instead? And can you send more love? And more love? And more love? Take a deep breath. Sending love, can you now more deeply and fully welcome a new choice? A new, healthier choice for your life? What is this new choice? Please state it out loud or write it as a sentence. Pausing the recording if you need more time. What is this choice? Please state it out loud or write it as a sentence.
Feel this new choice. What does it feel like? Really feel it? What does it feel like? This new, healthier, empowering choice. Imagine this new choice now and in the future. What do you see? Paint an image. Visualize it. Imagine this new choice now and in the future. What do you see? Noticing all the details as best you can. Now feel this new choice and imagine it. Both imagine it and feel it. See it in your mind. See it in your third eye and also feel it and what happens inside of yourself as you feel and imagine it. Please hold and notice this for a few moments of silence. How do you feel what is happening inside of yourself now? Are you willing to hold this new choice as an intention for your life? What is your new intention?
Please state it out loud or write it as a sentence. Pausing the recording if you need some time. What is your new intention? Please state it out loud or write it as a sentence. Now hold this intention in your mind and your heart. What does it feel like to hold this intention now? Who do you have to be for this intention to manifest? Who do you have to be? Who would you be if this had already manifested. What do you have to do? What needs to change? What action is required for this intention to manifest? Please take a few moments now to journal or speak out loud in detail about who you need to be and what do you have to do for this intention to become your reality. Please pause this recording and take as long as you need before continuing. Good.
Now imagine and feel this new reality. Really imagine it and feel it. See yourself being this new version, taking this new action. See it in your mind’s eye. Feel it. Take the next minute to experience who you need to be and what you need to do. Please use thoughts, feelings, sensations and mental images. Create a memory. In the future, please put all of your focus and attention on holding this for one minute with we will have one minute of silence and we will continue on it. Taking a deep breath now, breathing all that beauty in sighing on the exhale. Based on this new version of yourself, please write a present moment affirmation of who you need to be for this to manifest. What I mean by this, I’ll give you some examples. An affirmation could be I am loving, kind and confident.
Excuse me, I am kind, loving and confident. Another could be I have more than enough money for all of my wants and needs. Another could be I allow myself to surrender to God’s will and plan for me. So please make an affirmation such as this based on your experience of this meditation. Pausing if you need. Now, keep this affirmation close to your heart and recite it as needed. When you recite it, please welcome all parts of yourself that may fear or resist it and send them love instead. So now please recite this out loud three times with certainty, with love, with presence from your heart. Reciting three times out loud, allowing yourself to feel it as you say it, to really experience the power of this affirmation. Now take a nice deep breath and let it all go. Let it all go.
Release this whole exercise. Release it to the universe. Trust to close. We’re now going to take three deep breaths and sigh on the exhale. Breathing in through the nose.
