Overview
The Guided Meditation Session titled “Respect Clearing Meditation” focused on helping participants identify and release patterns of disrespect towards themselves, others, the creator, or the earth. The session began with a deep breathing exercise where participants were encouraged to reflect on their primary area of disrespect and to visualize its manifestations in their bodies. Through guided imagery, participants acknowledged negative self-statements, allowing them to expand and eventually dissolve these negative patterns. This was followed by the creation of a positive self-image, accompanied by affirmations that reinforced feelings of respect. A contrast exercise helped participants recognize the difference between negative and positive experiences before transitioning back to the positive version of themselves, emphasizing integration and embodiment in real-life situations. Participants were encouraged to seek divine guidance in embodying these positive changes moving forward.

- Brief reconnection with negative affirmations to fully experience their impact
- Second expansion and release of the negative pattern, growing it until it pops
- Noticing the spaciousness and relief after the release
Integration and Embodiment (11:40 – 14:17)
- Final return to the positive, respectful version of self
- Extended visualization (60 seconds) of how this version would manifest in relationships, work, and daily choices
- Guided imagery of positive qualities filling the entire body
- Final step of asking the Creator for help in embodying this positive version in real life

Transcript:
So welcome. We’re doing a clearing technique. You can apply this to anything that you want to work on. That being said, theme today is respect. So we’re choosing the one, the number one thing where you’re disrespecting yourself or you’re disrespecting someone else, or you’re disrespecting the creator or the earth. So just choose your top thing that’s the most alive for you, and please write it down. Try to keep it simple. One or two sentences. Okay, so now close your eyes and keep your eyes closed. And just take a few deep breaths and center yourself. Let go of any thoughts. Just bring your awareness inward. And now surface this pattern of disrespect, this statement. When I say surface it, where does it live in your body? Can you feel it physically? And use your imagination. Trust your intuition with this.
So you may feel a sensation, you may just have a thought of, like, oh, it’s in my heart, my head, my belly, my left shoulder, whatever, it doesn’t matter. Just use your imagination and track it in your body and just observe the texture, the experience. Does it have a color? Does it have a shape? Does it have an image? There’s no right or wrong answers. We’re just connecting to it. And now invite a small. The small version of yourself, the little part of your ego or personality that’s resonating at this frequency and that is stuck in this cycle. So just imagine a small version of yourself, a miniature version inside of your body. It can be a different age, or maybe it’s this age. Whatever it is, it’s perfect. And just greet it for a moment. Hello, welcome. Invited into the space.
And now find one to three negative I am statements that this part of yourself is stuck in. So an example. I’m ugly. I’m not good enough. I’m sad. I’m afraid so usually there’s anywhere between one to three. And just listen for them and just repeat them a few times as they surface. You can repeat it silently or as a whisper. The purpose here is we want to feel that for a moment so that we can move through and cleanse it. And so feeling these statements, feeling this part of yourself with love and compassion, and now allow this part of you to start to grow and expand.
So using your awareness and just allowing this part to take up, this negative part, to take up more and more space until it starts to grow as big as your body and allow it to keep growing, imagining it like a balloon that’s being inflated, and allow that balloon to grow and grow until it goes beyond your body. And at a certain point it’s going to grow so big that it’s going to pop. So growing this part until it pops and dissolves. So if you need more time, please pause the recording or raise your hand. So now I want you to imagine another part of yourself in the same space in your body that is the positive version. Who would you be if you lived in full respect? Who would you be if you were the respectful version?
So basically flip it on its head, turn it upside down, and imagine this part of you in that same part of your body and try to catch the feeling of it. What does it feel like? Maybe there’s an image of how you would act in a certain situation. So this is like your best version of yourself. And once you’ve found this part, come up with, ask it to share one to three positive affirmations. I am beautiful. I am enough. I am confident. I am respectful. Whatever they are, anywhere from one to three. And repeat those affirmations a few times, silently or out loud. Really feel them as best you can. Imagine them, see them. We’re going to hold this visualization for another 30 seconds.
If your mind wanders, just come back to the affirmations, the sensations, the images of this positive, beautiful version as you’re imagining this, allow this part of you to now grow just enough to fill your body. So no bigger than your body. Just imagine it filling your body as if there’s a mirror image of this uplifted, positive, respectful, empowered version that fills all of your physical body. What does that feel like? What happens inside of yourself and you’re filled with this positive version. Notice how good it feels. And if there’s any negative thoughts that arise, like, this is too good to be true, I don’t deserve to feel good. Whatever. Just allow those negative thoughts a moment of air time and then let them go. So don’t try to push them away, but don’t let them get too deep inside.
Just give them a moment and then let them go. And keep focused on this positive version. And take a deep breath now and breathe this positive version deep into yourself. And now come back and imagine that negative version again. So drop the good and go back to the negative version and give it the space and time now. So imagine it in the same place in your body. If you remember the affirmations, repeat them the negative affirmations. And just give it a moment of air time. And just notice how it’s like. This doesn’t feel good at all, just notice. How does it feel to be back in that negative? Give it that moment to really just feel it, to feel the negative.
And now, once again, when you’re ready, begin to expand this negative version and these negative affirmations, filling it up like a balloon, pumping it bigger and bigger, growing wider and wider, beyond your body, out into the room, and grows and grows in all directions until it gets so big it pops. And as it pops, just notice the spaciousness, how good that feels, to let that go. And then come back to the positive once again. Come back to that positive, empowered, respectful version of yourself and really see it, visualize it. Now, if you didn’t before, especially, who would you be in your relationships if this was you all the time? How would you treat your loved ones? How would you show up at work and try to hold this visualization for at least 60 seconds and really catch the feeling of it?
See yourself in all the different aspects of your life? How would you talk? How would you act? What would the choices be that you would make? And allow that feeling and image to become part of your whole body, to fill all the spaces of your body. And asking the Creator now, in your own way, to help you embody this in your life. And ask the Creator to help you be this. When you’re ready. Coming back to the room in the space that concludes the clearing.
