The secret to overcoming fear, is to learn to Bravely face it, like the Buffalo. In today’s meditation you will be guided through a process to help you overcome any fear. This meditation helps you to release the FEAR of fear and the RESISTANCE to fear. This is a great meditation to bookmark for future use, when you need help facing fear upon your path. Overview

The Guided Meditation Session focused on “Fear Clearing Meditation” aimed to help participants confront and release their specific fears through a structured practice. Starting with an introduction to the importance of selecting an active fear to work on, the session utilized the Witnessing Consciousness Technique to observe and recognize both bodily sensations associated with fear and the contrasting experience of freedom from it. Transcript – Clear any fear

Welcome, everyone, today’s meditation. Today we’re going to do a meditation to help you clear fear from your system. So to begin, you need to pick a fear that you want to work on. It can be any fear, okay? And it’s helpful to choose a fear that is most active and alive in your life right now. This meditation is also even more powerful if you are actively in a fearful state. So you may be super chill right now, you know, feeling good. So you’ll have to kind of dredge up that fear. That being said, if you’re actively afraid, this meditation tends to be even more effective. So bookmark it for that time when you need some support working through a specific fear. Now, all that being said, feel free to pause this recording as you contemplate the fear that you’re going to work through. 


So close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and bring your awareness inward to your inner state of being and notice whatever’s alive in this moment. What are you feeling right now? What do you notice in your body right now? What’s happening inside of your body right now? What’s happening in your mind? And as you observe your body, observe your feelings and your mind, notice who is it that is observing? Who is it that is witnessing all of this? Who is it that can notice the mind, the body, the feelings? This is your truer self, your more real self, part of you that is always there. So this is the place that we want to navigate from to the best of our ability. This witness, place of consciousness. So from consciousness, dredge up this fear that you want to work through. 


When I say dredge it up, bring it up. Feel it, imagine it, okay? Imagine the scenario or the feeling or the sensation of it. The situation, the person, whatever it may be, bring it up. I know it’s uncomfortable. Sit with it and watch it from witness consciousness. Watch it like the lens of a camera. And just like the lens of a camera, notice that there’s the lens and the environment. You are the lens. The fear is the environment. So what does this fear feel like? And as you feel that fear, what happens inside of yourself as you feel it? So, taking a deep breath now, from the same lens, the same vantage point, what would it feel like if you were completely free of this fear? Or another? Another example is, in what situation would you be fully free of this fear? 


So what would it feel like to be fully free of this fear? And what situation? For example, if you’re afraid of losing money or not having money, maybe the situation is having a lot of Money. Okay, so feel that. What does that feel like? I want you to really imagine it now. Really visualize it, really experience it. Forget about the fear. Just focus on what it feels like to be free of it and that reality. Notice as you feel this more free reality, what happens inside of yourself. What happens inside of your inner being as you feel this most beautiful free reality? Take a deep breath. Now go back to the fear. Okay, let go of that with witness consciousness. Go back to the fear. Go back to that situation, that inner experience. Dredge it up. What does it feel like? 


What does this fear feel like? And what happens inside of yourself when you notice this feeling, this reaction? Okay, one more moment. Feeling it, experiencing it, witnessing it. Now go back to the situation where you’re free of it. Let go of the fear. Imagine this reality, this situation, this feeling of being free from the fear. What does that feel like? See it, imagine it, visualize it. Feel it. What happens inside of yourself when you feel all of this? Okay, now take a deep breath. Breathe that in. Let it go. Go back to the fear. Okay, dredge it up. Go back to that fear. All of your focus, all of your attention, focus. Focus on the fear. What does it feel like? Feel any part of you now that is resisting this fear. 


Feel any part of you that wants to push it away, that wants to resist it, that wants to get rid of it, that wants to be free from it, that wants it to go away. Okay, and what would it feel like to let all that go and just accept this fear? What would it feel like to be fully present with it and just allow it to be. Allow yourself to feel that for a few moments. Feel the fear with deeper acceptance and presence. Okay, now go back. Let that go. Now focus on that other reality where you are free of the fear. Where you are in that new place and time. Life is great. And feel that. And feel that with the same acceptance, the same presence. 


What does it feel like to just be with that in the present moment, right here, right now? Feel any part of you that may want that or see that as way off in the distance. What does it feel like to just feel that in the present moment? Take a deep breath. Let that go. Now go back to the fear. Feel that fear with presence, with non attachment, with just witnessing it. Dredge it up. What does it feel like to just be okay with this fear? Just to just accept it, to love it? What does it feel like to love this fear and love the part of you that is afraid? Notice how that feels. Take a deep breath. Now Go back to that future reality or that other self that is free of fear. What does that feel like? What’s the experience of that? 


And feel that with the same loving presence, the same okayness, the same just life is good as it is. What does that feel like? What happens in yourself when you feel all of this now? Take a few more moments to really sink into that. Really absorb that. Really feel that. Imagine that. How would you navigate life from this place of freedom? Really soak that in. Take a deep breath and let it all go. Come back to just now and how do you feel now? What do you notice? How do you just feel in this present moment? When you’re ready, you can open your eyes. That completes the meditation. You can also keep doing this, Bouncing back and forth with deeper love and presence until the fear is no more. The fear is still present. You can always watch this meditation again.
